Responsibilities

The Volume Licensing Contracts and Solutions Specialist works in a call center environment, supporting Sales affiliates. Key duties include creating and submitting high-level customer-specific contracts for Tier 1 vendors, managing associated data, and handling purchasing activities. The role provides guidance on volume licensing programs, maintains knowledge of vendor programs, and ensures compliance with vendor and company standards.

The specialist develops internal processes, identifies improvements, and responds promptly to requests. They also develop resources for Sales and related teams. This position is hybrid, based in Keene, NH, Merrimack, NH, or Exton, PA.

  • Handles purchasing activities based on customer vendor contracts and program rules, including auditing purchase orders, validating customer eligibility, resolving processing issues, and managing vendor authorizations.
  • Provides services via call center, case management, and email, including managing vendor notifications and documents.
  • Develops and maintains licensing resources, reports, and documentation to support sales and licensing activities.
  • Identifies process improvements, contributes to team goals, and develops training resources and sessions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with vendors and Sales teams, attending trainings and webinars to enhance knowledge.
  • Acts as an escalation resource for licensing questions and performs other duties as assigned, always seeking process and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, tables, charts)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for professional communication
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
  • Intermediate database skills for auditing and updating information
  • Experience with contractual volume licensing and IT asset management
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in familiar situations
  • Understanding of sales or procurement processes within a vendor segment
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in business materials
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential environments
  • Ability to identify process improvements and system enhancements
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
