Job Description

Tech Siemens / Rockwell PLC and Panel Design (autoCAD Electrical/ EPLAN)

Company Overview: Talentometry are working with a large company who have a small special projects division that operates as a control system integrator.

Project Scope: The company provides turnkey automation solutions for complex projects that involve large outdoor moving structures like bridges, stadia roofing, rollercoasters, and within heavy industries.

Position Overview: We are looking for Junior Control System Engineers to:

  1. Develop detailed schematic drawings and general arrangements.
  2. Work on PLC software projects including documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  1. At least two years commercial experience working on control system electrical design projects.
  2. At least two years commercial experience working on control system software projects.
  3. Understanding of detailed technical drawings (process, hydraulic, instrumentation).
  4. Understanding of PLC and Distribution hardware.
  5. Understanding of analogue loops/ sourcing/sinking I/O Starter circuits, including DOL/ S/D, soft start, and Inverter.
