AXA Group Operations operates across more than 13 countries; and comprises around 7000 staff members.

Overview

Support Functions Controlling is a key stakeholder for all AXA GO support functions in order to ensure good internal collaboration on all financial processes.

Scope: CyberDefense

Job Purpose

As a member of the Support Functions Controlling, the candidate will:

  1. Contribute to financial planning mainly through forecast preparations & actuals monitoring, notably by:
    1. Running closing & forecast processes
    2. Running centralized controls to guarantee accuracy & reliability of financial information
    3. Delivering regular reporting to Support functions management
    4. Being the finance business partner of Support Functions
  2. Contribute to the budget/forecast process for Support functions scope
  3. Execute transversal processes inside the supported Division (P2P, O2C, Time tracking, Budget, Efficiency, sourcing )
  4. Support managers of the Division in their transversal process's delivery
  5. Ensure data entries & quality into all systems (Anaplan / efficiency tracker, sourcing data )
  6. Coordinate transversal practices / processes delivery for the Business unit supported
  7. Support managers of the scope in their business cases and investment monitoring
  8. Participate in the Sourcing Committees and validate expense alignment with Budget

Education & Experience

  1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance or economics
  2. Experience & technical skill:
    1. 3/5 + years of working experience in finance area
    2. Financial common sense, good knowledge of MS Office Excel
    3. Expertise in accounting and controlling
    4. Rigor, planning and autonomy
    5. Ability to synthesize complex data
    6. Good level of expertise on financial tools (Peoplesoft Finance, Anaplan, Salesforce )
    7. At ease with global, multicultural environment
    8. Fluent English level in speaking and writing is mandatory
