Location: Near Holborn Tube Station
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Holiday Entitlement: 23 days plus Bank Holidays

About the Role

As a Reception Manager, you will be the face of our client's business, setting the tone for a world-class experience from the moment visitors arrive. Your personalised service will create an unforgettable experience, leaving a lasting positive impression on every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Develop induction plans, onboarding packs, and foster strong relationships across all teams.
  2. Visitor Management: Oversee access control, coordinate visitor schedules, and liaise with high-net-worth individuals, construction teams, and corporate guests.
  3. Operational Coordination: Work closely with cleaning, security, property management, events, and construction teams to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Guest Experience: Deliver personalised customer service, anticipating client needs and enhancing the front-of-house (FOH) experience.
  5. Reception & Facility Management: Maintain the reception area to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  6. Tours & Events: Accompany and guide visitors on-site, managing hospitality experiences.
  7. Administrative Duties: Process weekly invoices, manage inventory, and oversee stock organisation.
  8. Atmosphere & Ambience: Enhance the guest experience through thoughtful touches, including music curation.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience: 2-4 years in a similar corporate management role.
  2. Leadership: Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
  3. Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with IT systems, including POS and facility management software.
  6. Adaptability: Flexibility in working hours and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  7. Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality-related regulations is beneficial.
