Job Description

About the job:

Note: This role is not for digital marketing enthusiasts and does not include SEO or any marketing-related responsibilities. It is exclusively focused on sales activities such as lead generation, outreach, and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    - Identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research.
    - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  2. Cold Email Outreach & Engagement
    - Draft personalized and research-driven cold emails to engage potential clients.
    - Follow up strategically to nurture leads and drive responses.
  3. Market & Competitor Research
    - Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and competitors.
    - Analyze trends and identify opportunities for outreach and sales positioning.
  4. Sales Strategy & Execution
    - Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
    - Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and approach.
  5. LinkedIn Outreach & Networking
    - Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and manage outreach campaigns.
    - Engage with relevant content and build professional relationships.
  6. Campaign Planning & Management
    - Plan, execute, and track email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
    - Analyze performance metrics to optimize future outreach efforts.
  7. Analytical Thinking & Reporting
    - Assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies and make data-driven improvements.
    - Provide reports on lead engagement, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  8. Communication & Relationship Building
    - Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
    - Understand client pain points and tailor sales messaging accordingly.
  9. Motivation & Initiative
    - Stay proactive in reaching out to prospects and refining outreach methods.
    - Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process and achieve targets.

  1. Candidate must be available to work from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 11:00 am - 8:00 pm India Standard Time).

Salary:

2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
