Immediate Start, 6-month contract, £25,000, Remote working, Accounts Assistant, Worcester
What you'll need to succeed
Sound analytical skills.
AAT studier
Ability to work to deadlines and take responsibility - must be able to identify the deadline for a piece of work to be completed e.g. period end and take responsibility for ensuring that the deadline is achieved.
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
Organised - they must be able to work in a structured way demonstrating an audit trail.
Good attention to detail.
Team Player - as a small team it will be necessary to cover colleagues' workload.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use and set-up of Pivot tables.
Experience of an accounting software package.

Your new company
Corporate Services Accounts Assistant Junior - 6-month contract, £25,000
Your new role
- Uploading of supplier invoices to the intranet.
- Processing of consolidated supplier recharges data using excel and the Oracle accounting system.
- Reconciliation of recharge accounts monthly
- Ensuring costs are correctly recharged to the business, including resolution of coding queries.
- Liaising and coordinating with the Assistant Accountant, reporting on a regular basis.
- General administration.
