Corporate Solicitor - 2 PQE+ - Strong Regional Commercial Firm - Manchester City Centre

The Role:

1. Corporate solicitor 2 PQE+
2. Range of transaction sizes with a focus on North-West businesses
3. M & A and corporate finance, disposals, company reorganisations and management buy outs.
4. Working as part of a large, multi-partner team.
5. Legal 500 recommended team
