A leading law firm in Northern Ireland is seeking an ambitious Corporate & M&A Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the most significant corporate transactions in the jurisdiction, advising both local and international clients.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions.
• Private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.
• Advising clients across a range of industries, from financial services to technology and healthcare.

You will work within an award-winning team, supporting leading companies, private equity firms, and investors on complex corporate transactions.

• Qualified Solicitor (NI, England & Wales, or ROI) with 3+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience working within a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple complex transactions with a commercial and solutions-driven approach.
