Court of Protection Solicitor

Are you a Court of Protection specialist looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and fast-growing regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their thriving team.

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading team that manages a substantial value of client funds and provides high-quality legal support to individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages to fund their extensive needs.

As a key part of the team, you will:

1. Handle Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters with minimal supervision
2. Work closely with the Heads of Department and senior colleagues
3. Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Court of Protection and PI Trust matters

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years of Court of Protection experience
2. Strong background in private client work (desirable)
3. Excellent communication and client-care skills
4. Ability to work independently while being a team player
