Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Associate to support our Chief Product Officer (CPrO) and product leadership team in executing key initiatives, managing operations, and driving efficiency and clarity across the organisation. The role will be focused on building out operating processes for the CPrO Office, ensuring a regular operational cadence of meetings that support the CPrO's priorities and support with communication and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can handle multiple priorities with precision.
As a Product Associate you will support the CPrO Office, VP Product Strategy and Operations in coordination, improvement of internal processes and collaboration between product, engineering and wider teams across Sage. This is a role that sits across functional boundaries and will be required to work on a breadth of topics, rather than one specific subject. You will be required to support preparation for meetings, deliver activities to support high-level strategy execution, internal communications and operational tasks.
This role will be managed by the Director, Performance and Execution and offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational execution. As a key member of the team, you will gain exposure to high-level decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to driving forwards Sage's product strategy. You will need to be able to build strong relationships and have a drive to deliver in the face of multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the Director Product Performance and Execution and product leadership in coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Track and organize key product metrics, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Support the delivery of key initiatives such as E-invoicing.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product and GTM teams.
- Support with internal and external communications.
- Manage meeting agendas, action items, and follow-ups to keep teams aligned.
