The Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Creative Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ideating, designing, and executing compelling social-first content for our clients' campaigns on TikTok. You will work closely with others in the creative team to develop eye-catching and effective assets that resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social-first Creative Ideation and Execution: Ideate and create visually appealing and engaging assets for TikTok, rooted in trending formats.
  2. Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and develop creative formats and concepts for social media campaigns that align with clients' goals.
  3. Copywriting: Assist in writing and editing scripts, storyboards and caption copy that complements the visual content and drives engagement.
  4. Quality Assurance: Review assets and work with production team to ensure assets are on brief, without mistake and social first before delivery.
  5. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging design tools to ensure that our creative work remains innovative and effective.
  6. Client Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts team and clients to understand each client's brand identity, goals, and feedback, ensuring creative work aligns with their vision.
  7. Project Management: Be a self-starter who can spin multiple plates and manage a varied task list, delivering creative on time and to brief.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: ability to self-shoot using a smartphone, and willingness to feature in content.
