THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled CRM & Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead and enhance CRM initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Develop, automate, and optimise high-performing CRM and email marketing campaigns across customer journeys.
- Design and build responsive email templates for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns using HTML, dynamic content scripting (AMPscript, Liquid), and Salesforce tools.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously analyse, test, and refine campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation best practices.
- Strong email copywriting skills to craft compelling, action-driven content.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with Google Analytics is essential.
- The ability to work in a hybrid setup, commuting to a London office 3 days per week.
