CRM Coordinator, UGG (14 months FTC)

The Role:

As the CRM coordinator, you will own UGG BAU email and SMS marketing channels. You will create BAU briefs in line with Global guidelines and collaborate with our Brand, Trade, Design and Content teams to align assets and design inspiration. You will also support the UGG CRM Specialist with launch strategies and brand presentations.

The ideal candidate will be a talented and passionate individual with an understanding of how to engage with audiences via email and owned channels.

Your Impact:

  • Build, proof and schedule emails within Cordial and SMS with Attentive
  • Report on campaign performance (weekly and QBR) with critical thinking/analysis
  • A/B test plan/action for marketing emails (content, personalisation, copy)
  • Submit translations, build and maintain relationship with external translation agency
  • Input on automations based on BAU/email marketing knowledge and trends
  • Understand the UGG UK loyalty programme and support where necessary
  • Support on other brands and share insights with the CRM team

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management / Email Marketing
  • A good understanding of CRM best practices
  • Proficiency working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Email Service Provider tools and Cordial is beneficial but not essential
