As a CRM Data Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) system to enhance the productivity of our Workplace and Intermediary Wealth Distribution teams. You'll be at the forefront of driving exceptional user experiences, leveraging data to provide strategic insights, and delivering efficiency through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing- Lead the MSD team, ensuring the CRM system is optimized for user experience and productivity.
- Collaborate with the MSD Product Owner to gather requirements and represent distribution business needs.
- Promote best practices, create training content, and engage users through presentations and team meetings.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee system administration tasks.
- Extract and analyse data using Microsoft Power BI to deliver strategic insights.
- Manage supplier relationships and build strong stakeholder connections across various teams.

What You'll Need- Robust professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI, with the ability to illustrate insights using Power BI visuals supported by DAX formulae.
- Experience with Power Apps, including Power Automate, to replace manual tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Knowledge of the Intermediary Wealth and Workplace Pensions industries.
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and load techniques.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop presentations that articulate problem statements and communicate solutions tailored for diverse audiences, supporting business decision-making.
