Contract Type: Permanent, full-time working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.

We are seeking a talented CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the creation and optimisation of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, and take ownership of developing and managing a loyalty programme. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through effective automation, personalised communication, and reward-based programmes.

Responsibilities:

CRM Campaigns and Lifecycle Marketing Automation:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of automated workflows, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Translate marketing briefs into comprehensive lifecycle campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and design customer journeys, implementing advanced personalisation to create unique customer experiences.
  • Monitor and enhance workflow performance using A/B testing, analytics, and optimisation techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure seamless integration of creative assets into lifecycle campaigns.

Loyalty Programme Development & Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage a loyalty programme aimed at improving customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Define the structure of the loyalty programme, including point systems, reward tiers, and redemption processes, ensuring ease of use and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to integrate the loyalty programme with promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Track key loyalty metrics (e.g., repeat purchase rate, points redemption) and make data-driven recommendations to optimise the programme.
  • Conduct competitive research to ensure the loyalty programme remains engaging and industry-leading.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Support the customer journey strategy by integrating automation workflows and loyalty initiatives with the broader brand strategy.
  • Stay current with trends in CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programmes to implement best practices and innovations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM: Lifecycle automation and CRM campaign management. Proficiency in segmentation, personalisation, and automated marketing workflows.
  • Loyalty Program Expertise: Knowledge or experience in designing, building and managing customer loyalty programs.
  • Multi-Channel Experience: Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and more.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and convey insights effectively to different stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, can-do attitude, comfortable in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Emarsys (Preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel.
