Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Analyst focused on Microsoft Dynamics to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and customer interactions. As a part of the CRM team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize CRM workflows, ensure data integrity, and support ongoing system improvements aligned with our organization's financial services objectives.


Must guide the customer from SDFC to D365 CRM. The consultant will need to create together with the business the user stories. The D365 CRM should be as much as possible be at maximum customized and used out of the box, and customer development should be avoided.

On the customer side the implementation is done by Microsoft + CapG.

Our consultant is helping to reassure the business is happy with the new tool based upon the requirements


Willing to come to Brussels, BE minimum 1 day/week


Requirements

  • person able to unplug CRM system and how to make the move successful on old user making an acceptance
  • capture business requirements
  • validate designs
  • show what's possible out of the functionalities of CRM
  • Typical processes and user stories
  • Knowing the all around of CRM and not wanting to customize
  • Interface of the CRM is not user friendly but must be accepted by users post-migration and this profile will support the transition
  • Lead workshops - presentation and oral expression needs to show the capacity
  • will be challenged by the seniors
  • provide technical documentation


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and administration, preferably in a financial services environment.


Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules).
  • Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other financial data protection regulations.
