CRM System Implementation

A payments company has grown through acquisition and wants to collapse its various CRM systems down into one single platform.

They have already consulted on which system to become the central one, and moving forwards they will be using Microsoft Dynamics.

They are seeking a CRM Consultant to run the process of moving from multiple systems into solely using Microsoft Dynamics moving forwards.

Responsibilities

• Assess current systems and state of existing data, designing a roadmap to move onto a new, single platform.
• Clarify the design of the new system and any customisations.
• Run a logical and sequential process, with a large degree of autonomy and minimal need for more senior input.

Requirements

• Experience implementing new CRM systems previously, ideally with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Worked with small/medium sized businesses, ideally in a PE setting, and used to reporting into various stakeholders.
• Able to run and manage a CRM project independently.
