What you'll do

The award winning Vodafone UK CRO Programme consists of 80+ people working across Product, eCommerce, Analytics, Research, UX and Engineering. Working as a community to experiment and learn fast with a relentless focus on improving our online experience.

You will be managing the CRO Centre Of Excellence sat within the Digital Product Sales team. Whilst managing the team and day to day running of our award winning programme, you will also drive strategy, performance and innovation.

Working closely with our CRO programme partners - Product, Analytics, Research and Design, you'll be driving the maturity and output whilst looking at ways to establish best practise and new ways of working to support the evolution of the programme.


Key accountabilities:

  • Line management of a team of CRO Developers & Specialists.
  • Lead programme communication and strategy, ensuring both success and failures are shared with the community and wider business.
  • Driving best in class process and error free experimentation.
  • Performance reporting.
  • Liaise with Analytics, Research and Design teams to ensure a data driven approach is utilised for ideation and experimentation.

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of experimentation Platforms such as Adobe Target, Analytics, Maxymiser etc.
  • Great understanding of experimentation build & QA e.g. building via REACT vs Experimentation platform UI.
  • Good experience using experimentation techniques such as A/B/n, MVT, Experience targeting, Recommendation.
  • Statistical analysis knowledge - power, significance, experimentation analysis and reporting.
