Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven customer business executive to join our Free From function. Our Free From function is a market leader of providing delicious, gluten-free products to our customers across the UK and internationally.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs. Additionally, we provide hybrid working options, allowing you to work both remotely and from our office.

At Warburtons Gluten Free, we are proud to be part of the Warburtons family, the largest bakery brand in the UK. The Warburtons family began baking back in 1876, and all these years on, Warburtons still remains a private family-owned business, actively managed by the fifth generation, Jonathan, Ross and Brett.

At Warburtons, we make a huge range of products from bread and rolls to crumpets and thins, all delivered fresh to 18,500 stores every morning from our 18 depots. Our dedicated Gluten Free site now produces over 20 million products annually with ambitions to continue developing and growing the Free From bakery category.

Our purpose as a business is simply to delight families every day with a range of great quality products to suit all meal occasions, lifestyles and tastes, and this is no different for Warburtons Gluten Free.

The Role

As a Customer Business Executive, you will collaborate closely with our manufacturing team at the dedicated gluten-free bakery to ensure accurate forecasting and planning for retail customers. Providing vital information and analysis to support Customer Business Managers in developing trade plans and building effective and sustainable Joint Business Plans (JBP), you will develop effective relationships with both internal and external customers, managing day-to-day supply chain needs and ensuring we have the right flow of product into retail stores nationally.

You will provide real-time customer information and data for collaborative customer forecasting, supporting the execution of and volume associated with customer JBPs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy business and working alongside the broader Free From commercial team, to coordinate our dedicated in store sales team to optimise the activation of Warburtons' in store tactics.

This role is based at our Head Office in Bolton, with travel to various customers across the UK. You will work closely with customer supply chains, building strong relationships both externally and internally. Your analytical insights and presentation support will enable the Senior Customer Business Manager to craft compelling stories that influence customers.
