The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Communications Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that guides and supports our customers and partners throughout their entire journey with Soldo. From initial awareness to long-term adoption and value realisation, your content will play a crucial role in educating, engaging, and empowering our customers and partners to maximise the value of Soldo's spend management solution.
This role requires a storyteller with an understanding of our audiences and the ability to deliver compelling content that resonates with different market needs. You will create content that bridges the gap between product value and customer outcomes, positioning Soldo as a leader in spend management.
- Working in conjunction with the Customer Engagement Lead and the Customer Lifestyle Specialist to develop targeted digital engagement approaches (e.g. email sequences) and compelling content that guide and educate Soldo's customers and partners about value and benefits throughout their journey with Soldo.
- Leverage customer and partner insights and data to write content that addresses real customer challenges and demonstrates how Soldo helps businesses manage their finances more efficiently.
- Create user-friendly content for each step of the journey (including Activation, Registration, Retention & Growth) and craft persuasive call-to-action (CTA) content for various touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Partnerships function to design and implement digital communication approaches to foster strong engagement across our partner community.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnership teams to ensure content aligns with user experience and company messaging.
- Maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional tone across all content, adhering to Soldo's brand voice.
We're looking for someone who must have:
- Extensive content writing experience, preferably in a B2B environment or SaaS/fintech industry.
- The ability to write for different formats and customer segments, adjusting tone and style based on audience needs (Self-Serve, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
- Strong research skills with the ability to transform complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Experience writing content tailored to specific customer journeys and lifecycle stages, especially in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- The ability to work with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) and incorporate feedback into content creation.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills, ensuring content is polished and accurate.
