About The Role
As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our customer success team. In this role, you will ensure our new clients have a seamless experience with our product, driving product adoption that leads to long-term success.
You will be the first point of contact for our new clients, making a strong first impression, building relationships, and demonstrating the full value of our product suite. Your ability to listen, understand client needs, and align them with our solutions will ensure a smooth transition and foster lasting partnerships.
The role is perfect for someone who thrives on client engagement, problem-solving, and commercial growth - helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform while identifying opportunities to expand their usage with additional features and add-ons.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning the onboarding process, guiding new clients through a structured experience that ensures they adopt and maximize our platform quickly.
- Being a trusted advisor, developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning our solutions to their goals.
- Creating a seamless first experience, setting the foundation for long-term, high-value partnerships with each client.
- Driving product adoption, helping clients integrate our solutions into their workflows and ensuring they see immediate value.
- Identifying growth opportunities, proactively recommending add-ons and expansions that enhance client profiles and drive additional revenue.
- Becoming a product expert, learning our SaaS platform inside and out, and leveraging tools like Salesforce to track customer engagement.
About You
- You will have 1 to 2 years of experience within a professional environment (a similar field would be desirable).
- You love tackling complex challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution for the client.
- You have a commercial-focused mindset while keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring.
- You possess natural communication skills, comfortable with virtual, phone, and in-person engagement.
