12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)

Salary: A competitive salary from £39,120- £48,900 depending on the experience you can bring

We have a new opportunity to join our marketing department as a Customer Experience and Insight Senior Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for managing market research and insight tasks within the research arm of our Customer Experience & Insight team. This role will involve day to day management of our internal research panels and also commissioning of external research and insight. You will undertake research to support our strategic marketing plan, consumer duty, and competitor research.

You will also support the wider Marketing Department as a trusted and respected source of insight and act as key stakeholder for Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking Quantitative research and communicating this to stakeholders of varying levels within our business.

  • Providing Insights to support with proposition and service design

  • Managing our existing research panels to ensure they stay engaged and are refreshed regularly

  • Ensuring business functions and project teams are fully supported with strategic activity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring decisions made impacting proposition and service are based on customer insight

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience and knowledge of market research methodologies including both qualitative and quantitative techniques.

  • Proven track record of delivering improvement through insight

  • Experience using SNAP surveys or similar software used to design complex surveys and experience conducting advanced statistical analysis and reporting

  • Ability to present findings effectively and engage stakeholders through storytelling

  • Ability to influence internally including at Executive/Management level to ensure decisions can be made to support customer focused strategy

  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders
