Are you passionate about driving innovation and improvement in payment systems? Join our clients dynamic Payments team and become a Customer Journey Expert within their area of Payments!
In this role, you'll take end-to-end responsibility for delivering and managing solutions in international payments and Open Banking. Your expertise in technical product development and delivery will ensure to continue to meet the evolving needs of the customers while driving performance and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate and refine business requirements to define the best product solution and roadmap.
- Apply an end-to-end mindset in product development and service delivery.
- Bridge IT and business by understanding client needs and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Simplify complex processes and monitor product performance.
- Ensure secure, 24/7 operations with regulatory compliance and manage business risks.
What We're Looking For:
- A client-focused entrepreneur with a strong delivery mindset.
- Expert knowledge of payment products like SEPA and International Payments.
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on data.
- Agile mindset with a focus on collaboration and results.
Proven Track Record:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with payment products and tech suppliers.
- Experience with new target architecture/operating models is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
