As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents are proud to call their home. You'll provide exceptional service throughout the resident journey, contributing to a vibrant, friendly community in a large residential development with communal facilities such as co-working lounge, gym, gardens, and movie rooms.

This on-site, customer-facing role involves welcoming visitors and residents while maintaining a high-quality, welcoming environment. You'll uphold the brand's values, delivering outstanding service and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to email and phone enquiries delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with preparations of check-in and check-out reports, completing property inductions with new residents.
• Conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
• Support with resident applications.

Your Requirements:

• A passion for outstanding customer service.
• Experience in the private residential sector or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the BTR industry.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• A positive "can do" attitude and problem-solving mindset.
