Job Description
Customer Service Support - REMOTE Engage with existing andprospective customers via our online chat and email to resolve their enquiries.
Collaborate with the Operationsand Compliance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Acquire knowledge of keyoperational tasks to assist the Pensions and Customer Operations teams asneeded.
Contribute to a dynamic andenthusiastic team by sharing your insights and experiences.
Strive to exceed customerexpectations and ensure their satisfaction.

Proficient in written and spokenEnglish.
Capable of working effectivelyboth independently and as part of a team.
Degree holder or possess relevantwork experience.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.

These roles areon a 3 month temp basis with the possibility of extension. You must be availableto start immediately (now or within the next 2 weeks).
