Customer Success Manager - PropTech
Highly successful Land and Property software company, based in London, are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing start-up to scale-up business.
This new role will drive the delivery of top level experience and outcomes for their clients. It will be a blend of new customer onboarding, growing of customer engagement and relationships, and ensuring all clients get the most our of their platform and services. Being part of an exciting scale-up business in the fast paced prop-tech sector, the key responsibilities will be to engage with clients and new customer bases, ensuring they are satisfied and the services are improved by collaborating with all the internal parts of the business.
The right person for the Customer Success Manager position will come from a solid background of client facing or account management roles and is able to foster and maintain client relationships. With excellent communication skills, able to deliver complex terminology in a simple manner. The ideal background would be a tech company or a SaaS business, demonstrating a solid understanding of complex terminology and concepts.
The Overview:
- Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Flexible hybrid position - 1 to 2 days onsite
- Central London office
- Lucrative benefits package
- Fulltime - Permanent role
