The RoleAs a Senior Client Success Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships. You will:
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the evolving tech landscape.
- Develop and present IT solutions that drive business transformation.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Lead strategy meetings, service reviews, and project discussions.
- Take ownership of a sales target and drive revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to scope and deliver high-quality proposals.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT or Technology.
- A consultative sales approach with a track record of exceeding financial targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and ROI analysis.
