Intro to Equitas
Equitas offers inclusive interview software to help companies hire the right person no matter what their background in half the time. We like to hire on ability, attitude, and aptitude with a big emphasis on potential rather than just past experience. Education and qualifications are great but they are not the most important aspect for us. We want someone who buys into our mission, likes a massive challenge, and wants to learn and grow as we build and scale a business together.
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to bring order and success to our customers. You will be working with teams across sales and product to help out with the late stages of sales as a product expert, launching and onboarding new customers, driving adoption across existing and new clients whilst measuring success throughout.
Your opinion and input alongside customer insights will be what helps us build a world-class product, with the main goal of keeping customers happy so that they want to renew each year and refer others to use Equitas as well.
As we grow, you will have a lot of influence in defining and building out the Customer Success function in order to deliver an even better experience for our customers, allowing them to unlock even more value and create fairer hiring.
Exciting Projects You Will Be Working On:
- UK public sector - the launch of our interview-as-service in 2024 has helped us grow in the UK public sector delivering one of the most successful prison mobilizations in recent history. Public sector is one of our biggest growth areas for 2025/26.
- Healthcare - since the pandemic we have helped Irish hospitals go remote and digital with their interview process. Healthcare is a key vertical for us as we are working with some of the biggest healthcare providers in the world. You will have the chance to define the process for onboarding thousands of healthcare users across Ireland and the UK.
- Customer Success Automation - one of the key projects in 2025 will be automating the onboarding of high volume users. This is a chance for you to set up automated processes that drive adoption and ensure our high volume users are guided through everything Equitas has to offer.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Easily able to build rapport and empathetic approach
- Self-starter and adaptable: If you don't have the answers we want someone who tries to find them themselves first
- Patient, calm, and resilient
Nice to Haves:
- Experience using customer support technology
- Bias for action and getting things done
- Customer Success experience
