The Role

1. Assist in the development of the Data Delivery framework, working closely with the PMO to implement robust governance and financial controls tailored to the organisation's needs.
2. Promote strong collaboration between your team, the broader Data team, the COO team, and key stakeholders.
3. Prioritise your team's tasks according to business requirements, emphasising the delivery of high-impact capabilities with minimal effort and dependencies. Manage the backlog and maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

What you will need

1. Demonstrated experience in managing Delivery/Project Management teams.
2. Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative, etc.
3. A solid understanding of key data domain areas, including data governance, architecture, modelling, engineering, delivery, quality, master data, and how data supports analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
4. Capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
5. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects.
6. Strong negotiation, influencing, and networking skills.
