About the jobWe are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead our Media Mix Modeling (MMM) efforts within the global marketing organization. This role is highly visible and will play a crucial part in shaping our media investment strategy, optimizing our marketing budget, and driving business growth.
We are looking for someone who is both hands-on with data science and strategic in approach. You will partner with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to generate actionable insights, enhance media performance, and improve marketing ROI.
If you are an expert in MMM, proficient in Python and SQL, and experienced with tools like Meta's Robyn and Google's Meridian, this role is for you.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:
- Develop, validate, and maintain Media Mix Models (MMM) to measure the effectiveness of various marketing channels, including digital, TV, radio, OOH, and offline media.
- Conduct advanced statistical and econometric analysis to quantify marketing effectiveness, forecast the impact of future marketing activities and recommend optimal budget allocations.
- Partner with marketing, sales strategy and finance teams to translate model insights into actionable recommendations for campaign planning and budget allocation whilst ensuring insights align with broader business objectives.
- Work with engineering teams to build scalable and automated pipelines for data ingestion, model training, and reporting as well as ensuring the availability of clean, structured, and reliable marketing data.
- Explore and implement advanced modelling techniques such as Bayesian MMM, hierarchical modelling, and causal inference.
- Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders, communicating complex concepts in a clear and actionable way.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging MMM methodologies, and data science best practices.

Required:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, econometrics, or data science with a strong focus on marketing measurement.
- Strong expertise in econometrics and regression modelling techniques with hands-on experience of Meta's Robyn or Google's Meridian packages.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling.
- Proven track record of influencing marketing strategies through data-driven insights.
- Solid understanding of digital and traditional media channels and their role in marketing effectiveness.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate analytical findings into business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, with experience leading key technical projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with Bayesian modeling, causal inference, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing analytics.
- Prior experience in a consulting or marketing agency environment is a plus, demonstrating the ability to apply MMM insights in diverse business contexts.

This role will be based remotely in United Kingdom or Ireland.
