Job Description

Darwin is a Specialist Talent Delivery Partner for Databricks Projects. Over the past 6 years, we have supported some of the largest Databricks programs around the globe.

We are seeking an experienced Mosaic AI Databricks Machine Learning Engineer to join a global fashion brand on a 12-month freelance contract. This role is focused on building an AI-Ready Customer Platform to deliver a highly personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Mosaic AI solutions on Databricks to enhance customer personalization.

  • Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production.

  • Work with Customer 360 data, including customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history, to enable real-time recommendations.

  • Leverage LLMs and advanced AI techniques to improve personalized customer journeys.

  • Optimize feature engineering and model training using Databricks MLflow and Delta Lake.

  • Integrate machine learning models with real-time data streaming solutions for dynamic insights.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
