A bit about usGamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
What will you be doing day-to-day?- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams and leaders to ensure the best commercial outcomes for Gamma and its customers.
- Work with other key stakeholders across Gamma to ensure deal terms and structures on larger, and/or more complex deals are approved.
- Drive best practices and provide training to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organisation.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Proposition teams to assist in the documentation and approval of non-standard terms and structures, mitigating risk and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
- Own all sales documents and processes that support the construction of our commercial offerings, including acting as the subject matter expert for all engagement elsewhere within Gamma - specifically CPQ.
- Ensure all deal validation in the Hub, ensuring a fully approved order pack is passed through to delivery.
- Own all quoting whether this be systematic or direct third-party engagement; assuring quotes remain accurate and valid at all times.
- Work with Sales leadership to ensure timely and appropriate sales intelligence reporting including ownership of any related sales technology.
- Track and analyse deal metrics to identify trends, improvement areas, and deal performance.
- Prepare regular reports on deal cycle times, win/loss rates, and profitability to inform strategic decisions.
- Support Sales Leadership's requirements for revenue intelligence from deals in the pipeline, providing insights on deal impacts.
- Utilise data visualisation tools to present complex data in an understandable format for key stakeholders, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making across all levels of the Enterprise business.
- Lead in the development of advanced data tooling and interactive dashboards, offering real-time visibility into key metrics that enhance pipeline knowledge and lead to smarter decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sales operations, deal desk, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CPQ systems and experience with sales intelligence reporting.
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of deal structuring.
- Proven track record of driving sales efficiency and effectiveness through best practices and training.
