An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award-winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion. The department acts on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector.

You will predominantly be defending EL/PL claims for the Leisure and Retail industries and SME insureds. You will also work on defective premises/property and product liability files. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your cases, including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses, and undertaking your own liability investigations.

The ideal candidate will have proven EL/PL Litigation experience, and we are happy to consider both Solicitors & Legal Executives. We are also happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant experience.
