Delivery Lead - Insurance

As our Insurance vertical continues to go from strength to strength, delivering world-class digital transformation solutions, we are now looking for a highly experienced Delivery Lead to work with our customers to ensure the successful delivery and completion of a range of technical projects and programmes on their digital transformation journey.

You will be adept at selecting, motivating, and managing diverse technology teams working off-shore, near-shore, and on client site, ensuring they are engaged and enjoying their work. You'll have a deep understanding of how to deliver and who will deliver it, to secure the best outcomes.

You'll thrive at developing and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with your customers, managing expectations throughout, providing thought leadership, and driving delivery led growth within your account cluster.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in client facing roles, ideally in the Insurance industry, with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of successfully leading the delivery of digital transformation solutions gained in a technology consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent people management skills, with a strong focus on coaching and motivating your team.
• A demonstrable track-record of business growth, with the ability to spot potential opportunities with your customers.
