Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager
Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week.
Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience and track record.
Location: We are a hybrid team, based throughout the UK. We offer the flexibility to work outside of the UK up to 90 days per year; however, you must be able to work and live permanently within the UK, and travel to London 4 times a year for team meeting sessions.
The Role
We're looking for a talented Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager to join Isla's Delivery team. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you'll lead NHS implementation projects, build strong relationships, and drive both ongoing and new initiatives to ensure customers maximize the benefits of the Isla platform. As you grow into the role, you'll develop deep expertise in our platform and play a key role in shaping its direction to address critical challenges for our partners.
Isla has been scaling quickly within the NHS and there is significant potential for further adoption; these organizations are large and highly complex, and as such, our delivery processes must be flexible and supportive.
The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and motivated, able to build great relationships across many parts of an organization and analytical in your approach to ensure that great technology is supported with great delivery.
Over the next 12 months you will:
- Take responsibility for multiple NHS implementation projects.
- Streamline our delivery processes to ensure they are repeatable and as efficient as possible.
- Be laser focused on delivering and measuring the impact of implementing the Isla platform and how this transforms services.
- Work with potential clients to understand their needs and whether we are well positioned to meet them.
- Work with the product team to constantly develop and strengthen the platform.
- Input actively into company strategy and steer key decisions.
- Proactively build your network within healthcare.
- Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, passion, energy, and the desire to make positive change.
- Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager or similar.
- Solid Account Management experience and desire to progress the relationships with existing and new clients beyond the initial engagement.
- Track record of high performance.
- Evidence of a quantitative, analytical approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What is the hiring process for this role at Isla?
Interviewing with us for the Delivery Manager role will be split into 4 stages (all conducted virtually):
- A screening interview with our Associate Operations Manager - 15 minutes.
- A written task - to be completed in your own time within 7 days.
- A one-to-one pitch interview with our Director of Delivery - 30 minutes.
- A final interview with our Director of Delivery and one of our Co-founders - 30 minutes.
