We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Deputy Catering Manager to join our team. The Deputy Catering Manager will work in the Catering and Food service areas and provide a welcoming, efficient and professional service to customers, employees and students. The postholder will need to work closely with the Catering Manager and the rest of the team. There are agreed standards in the preparation, presentation, service and cleaning of the unit, which must be adhered to. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and willing to move around different food outlets within the Academy to ensure the most appropriate levels of service are maintained for customers.
