Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Children & Young People
Posted 7 days 5 hours ago by NHS
It's an incredibly exciting time at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. The Board is in the process of "resetting" the Trust direction, which has resulted in some changes to the organisation's core purpose.
This has provided the Trust with a huge opportunity to focus on and become a centre of excellence for all-age mental health services.
This new role will be central to achieving this vision, by providing clinical leadership to the large adult mental health directorate. The post will operate at a senior level alongside the new Director for Children and Young People, being jointly responsible for the directorate.
It is anticipated that the post-holder will provide system leadership for children and young people, developing relationships with key partners and playing a key role in developing services. The post-holder will be a key member of the trust's senior leadership team and will deputise for the Chief Medical Officer. This post would be an ideal developmental role for a move to executive level leadership, and if successful, you will join the Trust at a time which will be career-defining.
Please note the interviews for this role will take place towards the end of February 2025
