Role: Cybersecurity Manager
Contract: Permanent CDI Employee
Remote/Onsite: 3 days remote per week, Hybrid in Paris

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CISO in defining and executing the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
2. Manage the cybersecurity operations team, ensuring effective service delivery.
3. Assess, implement, and optimize security tools and technologies.
4. Monitor threats and provide intelligence to leadership.
5. Lead incident response, ensuring swift mitigation and reporting.
6. Conduct vulnerability assessments and oversee remediation efforts.
7. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards.
8. Advise business units on integrating security into processes.
9. Lead and develop the cybersecurity team.
10. Oversee security implementation and execution across teams.
11. Ensure business continuity and incident response readiness.
12. Manage disaster recovery and operational continuity planning.

Profile:

1. 5 years+ as a Cybersecurity Manager or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of security norms & standards and generally on IT models.
3. Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks; CIS Controls, ISO27001, OWASP, PCI-DSS.
4. Strong technical skills in IT architecture, networking, and infrastructure, ideally with a background in system management, engineering, or software development.
5. A positive, pro-active and eager personality.
6. Good English speaking is mandatory, as the role is in an international team.
