Design Manager / Senior Design Manager

As a Design Manager within our Major Projects community, you will have a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of major projects. You will oversee all aspects of delivery across major projects, holding roles that may include delivery of design & build projects, detailed design packages for construction and owners engineer services - all requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration both internally and externally.

About You

You will have prior experience of working in a role where you have provided design leadership on major projects as a Design Manager for construction. You will most likely be from a technical background - either technical engineering, construction management, environmental or other consulting backgrounds.

You will hold qualifications in engineering and project management with an understanding of large and complex construction / engineering projects.

Through your previous roles within project delivery, you will have experience of achieving a position of trusted partner with clients and other stakeholders, and acting as a mentor for less experienced team members. At all times you will support, promote and maintain our company values, especially in ensuring we put our people & clients first.
