Job Description
Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £26,000- £30,000 + Bonus according to experience
Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Software installation / deployment
- Smartphone deployment
- Hardware installation / upgrade / break fix for desktop, laptop, and server
- Smartphone support
- Service Desk cover as required
- Assisting with customer projects
- Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions
Key Skills and Experience:
- Great customer service skills.
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (2010 onwards).
- Proven and demonstrable software and hardware troubleshooting skills, experience in Deskside Support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues.
- Printer setup, management and driver configurations.
