Job Description

Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £26,000- £30,000 + Bonus according to experience

Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Software installation / deployment
  2. Smartphone deployment
  3. Hardware installation / upgrade / break fix for desktop, laptop, and server
  4. Smartphone support
  5. Service Desk cover as required
  6. Assisting with customer projects
  7. Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions

Key Skills and Experience:

  1. Great customer service skills.
  2. 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (2010 onwards).
  4. Proven and demonstrable software and hardware troubleshooting skills, experience in Deskside Support.
  5. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues.
  6. Printer setup, management and driver configurations.
