About the roleWe use asynchronous message based consulting to provide a variety of healthcare services. We also use telephone and video consultations for a small number of our patients. You will be a part of a GP team and you'll report to the Deputy Medical Director. Half the role will be spent working to improve our current services and develop new opportunities. You will spend the rest of your time managing patients.
We have virtual coffees every day and regular in-person and remote teaching.
Overall:Hybrid role. (London based office)
Full time but part time considered.
Weekend work required: minimum one a month (from home).
Developmental Role:- Improve current efficiency of services including patient pathways
- Contribute to clinical governance systems.
- Review and develop new opportunities.
- Manage message-based and telephone/video consultations.
- Oversee non-Medical prescribers
- Clinical Weekend work: one a month, from home.
- 5 years as a GP
- Open to different ways of working
- Good communicator/teacher
- Experience of "at-scale" and asynchronous digital working
- Self-motivated and Completer-finisher
