Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Netherlands

Type: 12 Month Renewable Contract

Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure solutions, drive automation, and optimise cloud applications to enhance the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Azure cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Automate and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (e.g., Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, etc.) to ensure fast and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with Azure services (Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, App Services, etc.).
• Continuously improve processes, focusing on automation, monitoring, and performance optimisation in the Azure environment.
• Ensure the security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud-based systems and applications.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience working with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Strong experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, AKS) and orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and cost management in Azure.
