We're looking for a Digital Business Solutions Engineer to focus on European markets, primarily UK, for a global client headquartered in New Zealand. The company specialises in providing cutting-edge automation and digital solutions to the aviation industry, including software for baggage handling, self-service systems, and airport information systems.


What Will You Do?
  1. Build relationships with airports and develop tailored digital solutions using in-house and third-party software and hardware.
  2. Manage the tendering process, preparing proposals and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  3. Play a key role in the commercial launch of new products, like Sym3.
  4. Support project execution and maintain customer care services across the region.
  5. Provide innovative solutions for the aviation industry, including baggage handling systems, self-service kiosks, and airport information systems.

What Will You Need?
  1. Strong knowledge of BHS software, self-service systems, or FIDS/AODB in the aviation industry.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business solutions.
  3. Knowledge of IT solutions including Operating System, Anti-Virus, Security, Administration and Database.
  4. Full right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
