As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Facebook, and onsite advertising. You'll work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, reach the right audience, and drive meaningful results. With a high volume of campaigns spanning New Homes, Estate Agency, and Overseas partners, every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to make an impact.

We're a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on campaign processing for our partners. If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop your HTML skills, and help shape successful campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

You'll be part of a team driven to do the right thing, encouraged to take responsibility, and empowered to use good judgement. Here's a snapshot of what you'll get to do:

  • Campaign coordination - own the end-to-end process of setting up and launching marketing campaigns, ensuring they go live on time and meet partner expectations.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders - act as the main point of contact between Account Managers, partners, and creative/media agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Content Creation - create email campaigns in HTML from hi-res PDFs, images, and templates, and manage Facebook adverts with the right audience lists.
  • Ensure a great partner experience - provide high-quality support to partners, helping them navigate campaign setup and ensuring their marketing performs effectively.
  • Analyse and improve performance - review campaign data, share insights, and recommend optimisations to drive better results.
  • Keep processes running smoothly - maintain accurate records of bookings, update internal systems, and help resolve any issues, including invoicing queries.
  • Contribute to team success - share insights, support colleagues, and help improve ways of working to enhance overall campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
Who you are:

You're someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and campaign management skills, essential for balancing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with colleagues and partners alike.
  • Can problem-solve effectively, whether finding solutions for partner requests or resolving HTML issues.
  • Is adaptable, comfortable working beyond set processes, and uses initiative and judgement to handle requests.
  • Works well within a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a high team morale.
  • Pays great attention to detail-a must for managing complex campaigns.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and basic Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like IBM Marketing Cloud or Braze.
  • An understanding of multichannel digital marketing and experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager or Tag Manager.

At the end of the day, we care most about you-your mindset, your motivation, and your passion for delivering great campaigns. So even if you can't check off every requirement, if you're smart, self-motivated, and ready to make a difference for our partners, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Cash plan for dental, optical, and physio treatments.
  • Private Medical Insurance, Pension and Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan.
  • 27 days holiday plus two (paid) volunteering days a year to give back, and holiday buy schemes.
  • Hybrid working pattern with 2 days in the office.
  • Contributory stakeholder pension.
  • Life assurance at 4x your basic salary to a spouse, family member or other nominated person in your life.
  • Paid leave for maternity, paternity, adoption, and fertility.
  • Travel Loan, Bike to Work scheme, Rental Deposit Loan.
