Job Description

Our client, a leading global media organization, is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Lead to develop innovative marketing solutions and marketing blueprints that align with business objectives and content strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Content, and Customer Success teams to shape high-impact marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and optimise campaign packages in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Content, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring continuous improvement.
  2. Develop tailored marketing strategies for top-tier clients to drive customer retention, lifetime value, and long-term growth.
  3. Serve as a strategic marketing advisor, attending client meetings, delivering compelling pitches, and positioning Clarion as a trusted partner.
  4. Provide campaign managers with frameworks for multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns, aligning strategies with client needs and measurable KPIs.
  5. Develop training programmes to upskill sales and customer success teams, enhancing their marketing expertise and strategic acumen.
  6. Lead and host marketing conferences for the iGaming community, strengthening Clarion's position as an industry thought leader.

Requirements

  1. Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, including audience planning, digital media publishing, and reporting.
  2. Experience in digital agencies and business development, with a strong background in pitch writing and campaign planning.
  3. Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills to translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Data-driven mindset with a strong track record of analytics-based decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  6. Client-facing experience with a consultative approach, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead industry conversations.
