We're on the hunt for a Digital PR Manager to join our growing team. If you love creating attention-grabbing PR campaigns, have a track record of landing top-tier coverage, and know how to blend PR with SEO for maximum impact, keep reading.

What the role involves
  • Leading multiple PR accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, KPIs are met, and clients are happy.
  • Coming up with creative, newsworthy ideas that earn coverage across UK, US, and EU markets.
  • Building relationships with journalists, securing top-tier earned media placements.
  • Overseeing media list creation and approvals to make sure outreach is targeted and effective.
  • Collaborating with the SEO team to ensure PR campaigns drive real SEO value for clients.
  • Managing, mentoring, and training Digital PR Executives - we're growing fast, and you'll be part of shaping the team.
  • Getting stuck into client strategy, understanding their businesses inside out, and delivering PR that makes an impact.
  • Owning budgets and resource allocation, ensuring teams are properly booked in and clients get the needed attention.
  • Using project management tools like Clickup to keep everything on track.
  • Bringing big ideas to brainstorms and confidently pitching PR concepts both internally and externally.
Our ideal candidate
  • 3+ years' experience in a UK or US agency.
  • Proven track record of landing earned media in the UK, US, and EU.
  • Experience in budget management - you know how to keep things running smoothly.
  • Super organised (and able to organise others).
  • Happy to meet the team in person once a quarter in London or Barcelona.
  • Comfortable working independently but always up for collaboration.
