As part of this dynamic environment, our Digital, Production & Venue Support (DPVS) team plays a vital role in delivering a broad range of productions and events, from solo classical recordings to large-scale multi-camera productions and streamed performances.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised DPVS Administrator to support our busy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative setting and enjoy being at the centre of operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

- Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure the seamless delivery of recordings and productions.
- Facilitate event information flow, ensuring technical teams have the details they need to deliver outstanding work.
- Manage studio bookings and classroom AV support, playing a key role in the smooth running of Guildhall's technical resources.
- Support digital content management for Guildhall Stream, the School's online content delivery platform. This includes editing content, organising student and staff access, and handling helpdesk enquiries (full training provided).
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-oriented, with experience in administration, scheduling, or event coordination.
- A great communicator, able to interact professionally with staff, students, and external clients.
- Technologically proficient, with an interest in digital content management (previous experience with content platforms is a plus, but training is provided).
- Adaptable and proactive, able to work in a busy environment with multiple priorities.
- Passionate about the arts, with an appreciation for music, theatre, and production.
