Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Digital Sales and Marketing Executive Apprentice with a Recruitment Agency based in Yorkshire.

Role Summary:

Are you a driven, creative and tech-savvy professional with a passion for sales and digital marketing? Staff Selection UK are on the hunt for a digital sales and marketing executive to lead our online presence, drive engagement and boost our brand visibility from our office HQ just off the m606 in Bradford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and lead generation - Develop digital strategies to attract and convert new clients.
  • Marketing automation - Create and manage automated campaigns and CRM workflows.
  • Content and social media - Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • SEO and Analytics - Monitor website traffic, optimise content and track campaign performance.
  • Brand Growth - Develop creative ideas with outside the box thinking and increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A -C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

  • Digital presence and sales experience with a strong understanding of sales lead generation and sales funnels.
  • Creative thinker - Someone who wants to push boundaries and create a unique brand.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Proactive and results-driven, able to work independently.
  • Experience within social media platforms.

Personal Qualities:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Outside the box thinking and good with imagery.
  • Hard working and wanting progression.

Training to be provided:

Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
