Role summary: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to manage business transformation projects for clients and drive operational excellence for a growing Nuclear Engineering consultancy. This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in business transformation, and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients in highly regulated industries.

What you will be doing:

1. Lead and manage complex business transformation projects for clients, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Provide strategic consultancy to clients, advising on best practices to enhance business growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
5. Work closely with the executive team to refine and implement the company's growth strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to drive business development opportunities.

Formal qualifications or training:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, business transformation, and operations management.
3. Proven success in delivering complex business transformation projects, ideally within the engineering, nuclear, or professional advisory sectors.
