ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Digital Workplace Solutions Manager(F/M/X)

We develop our own applications for our core business processes, run our own ICT infrastructure with multiple data centres and implement off the shelve solutions throughout our organisation. Keeping up with evolutions in the field of Digital for our own solutions as well as inspiring the entire organisation to explore its full Digital potential is part of the day to day.

Job purpose

As the leader of the Digital Workplace Solutions team, you oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects. You ensure the team operates efficiently to deliver a portfolio of projects on schedule and within the allocated budget. These projects include a migration to Windows 11, a migration from Office 32 bits to 64 bits and an adoption of Copilot 365. You also facilitate the knowledge transfer of these projects to the operations.

About you

• You have at least five years' experience in digital projects management.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders. This includes being fluent in English, Dutch and French.

• You have a capacity to adapt to changes and foster a collaborative team environment

• You have a solid understanding of digital technologies to guide and support the team effectively. This includes the whole Microsoft 365 suite, Endpoint Manager and a good understanding of Cloud Computing.

• You have customer centricity in your focus and are able to build bridges.

• You have a strong understanding of the Agile, Prince2 and ITIL methodologies.

Your responsibilities

• You collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the provided solutions fulfill their requirements.

• You oversee and manage projects, which includes delegating tasks, evaluating team performance, and generating progress reports and budget updates.

• You prioritize the backlog in collaboration with your team, considering the deadlines set by your internal customers, technological constraints, and the capabilities of your team members.

• You promote and supervise documentation on the delivered solutions.

• You lead and mentor the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• You set an important focus on the adoption of your solution by end-users.

• You coach the team on Agile methodologies and ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed.

• You lead a team of 10+ Digital profiles through inspiration and vision.

• You help identify and remove impediments that might hinder your team's progress.

• You promote a culture of mutual feedback.
